Perusahaan transportasi online Mercedes-Benz dan Geely Group ini merupakan usaha patungan yang bermarkas di Hangzhou dengan modal 50:50. Target mereka dapat menyediakan layanan transportasi online di beberapa kota di China.
Sementara nota kesepahaman usaha patungan tersebut ditandatangani di kantor pusat Daimler di Stuttgart, Jerman, yang dihadiri Entenmann dan Presiden Geely Holding An Conghui.
