Manajer Chelsea Ultimatum Alvaro Morata
LONDON, (LEI) – Manajer Chelsea Maurizio Sarri mulai gerah dengan ketajaman Alvaro Morata sebagai pencetak gol. Ia meminta pemain asal Spanyol itu untuk mendapatkan kembali kepercayaan dirinya.
Morata tampil mengecewakan sejak paruh kedua musim lalu. Pria Spanyol itu kerap membuang-buang peluang emas yang dimilikinya.
Eks pemain Juventus itu kembali menyia-nyiakan banyak peluang saat dipercaya Sarri tampil sebagai starter kala Chelsea bertemu PAOK di Liga Europa, Jumat (21/9/2018) malam WIB.
Seusai laga, Sarri mendesak Morata harus menolong dirinya sendiri dengan mendapatkan kembali kepercayaan diri melalui gol demi gol.
“Alvaro harus mendapatkan kepercayaan diri dengan satu, dua, tiga gol. Saya tidak bisa memberinya kepercayaan diri,” ujar Sarri seperti dikutip dari Tribal Football.
Baru Satu Gol
“Dalam pertandingan ini, dia memiliki tiga atau empat peluang. Dia tidak beruntung. Saya berharap padanya di masa depan saya bisa membantunya. Tapi kepercayaan diri bisa datang dengan gol. Mungkin dua gol dalam dua pertandingan, saya tidak tahu.”
Morata baru membuat satu gol musim ini. Dia tak pernah mencetak gol lagi sejak pekan pertama sewaktu melawan Arsenal.
